Graydon grew up on a beef and sheep farm in South Africa. He and his family moved to New Zealand in 2001. Graydon has an Honours degree in Economics and 10 years of banking experience: 3 years as a Senior Rural Banker with the Bank of New Zealand and 7 years of Investment Banking experience in South Africa.

Graydon started Greenstone Recruitment in early 2006, bringing skilled overseas staff into New Zealand. The business evolved into setting up Greenstone Global, to deal with related Immigration requirements: permanent residence applications and temporary visas. Graydon holds a full licence, awarded by the Immigration Advisers Authority. He is a keen sportsman and has completed multiple Ultra-marathons and marathons. Graydon is currently serving on the Licensed Immigration Advisers Reference Group.

Vanessa also grew up in South Africa.

She has a Masters degree in Economics and 8 years of Banking experience in New Zealand and South Africa. Vanessa has completed the Massey paper in Immigration Law and Practice and holds a full license awarded by the Immigration Advisers Authority. Graydon and Vanessa have 2 daughters.

Carol Wright recently joined Greenstone Global as a Client Services Manager and is obtaining her provisional Immigration Adviser Licence. Carol grew up in the USA and has a Bachelor of Arts International Studies from Miami University. She has three years legal experience in the Ohio state legislature. She has also worked in tertiary education for 14 years in New Zealand, often dealing with foreign students. Carol has three school-age children with husband, Blair.

Barbara is the office administrator for the Group. Barbara has a New Zealand Certificate of Commerce and has worked in various office roles during her career. She is married to Grant and, and has four children, two of whom have left home, the other two are attending High School in Hamilton.
