Licensed Immigration Advisers
Our immigration advisers all hold licences from the Immigration Advisers Authority. They are also members of the New Zealand Association for Migration and Investment. Our offices are located in Hamilton, New Zealand.
We have an in-depth knowledge of Immigration Law and Policy and how these are practically implemented by Immigration New Zealand.
Continued communication with Immigration New Zealand branch staff enables us to keep up with policy changes and to contact key staff in your application.
We can provide you with information about New Zealand and how to settle here successfully.
LATEST NEWS: AN IMPORTANT CHANGE TO SMC POLICY THAT COULD AFFECT YOU
On 25 July 2011 the INZ introduced various changes to SMC Policy. The most far reaching of these changes is the INZ’s assessment of a skilled migrant’s settlement and contribution factors.
What this means practically is that, in the case of migrants who do not have skilled employment at the time of application, the INZ is very unlikely to offer you residence, but more likely to offer you a 9 month work to residence visa. This also applies to migrants who qualify for bonus points for qualifications on the Long Term Skills Shortage List.
Having skilled employment before applying for residence has therefore become even more important.
